Universal Kempo-Karate once again found a home in Ronaoke City when Assistant Professor Brammer opened the Star City branch in July 1998. He was one of Mr. Ragone's early students. Linda, Mrs. Brammer is a Brown Belt. Their children Kellee and P.J. have also trained as students in the system. In 1988 Mr. Brammer received his black belt, at the 2001 seminar he was promoted to 5th Degree Chief Instructor. Mr Brammer works for C&T design . When time permits he enjoys fishing and golf.
